And this all means what?

Pre-trib dispensational rapture theology has been proved not to be demonic because Darby was inspired by the Holy Spirit? Really? What an amazing claim! Rather, dispensationalism is a tortured, indecipherable mess that is of little value in encouraging spiritual maturity, living a holy life, or growing in the faith. It is a useless teaching. So I wonder: Is Hal Lindsey also inspired of the Holy Spirit as he churns out one book after another that make prediction after prediction, none of which come true?

Evidently it's not possible to be spiritually mature, live a holy life or grow in your faith if you are pre-trib dispensationalists. I think the scripture is pretty clear about this issue but you regard that as useless. Of course you go beyond that by implying that what we believe is demonic. What an amazing claim! - Reading Comprehension Necessary
| Posted On: 07/20/09 09:35:22 AM | | Age 50, MT | I noted that the doctrine yields no spiritual fruit, I did not say that those who believe the doctrine have no spiritual fruit. By the way, the clarity of Scripture regarding this doctrine is the issue at hand. Simply restating that the doctrine is biblical is a mere contradiction, not an argument. Lastly, it is the author that implied that some have claimed Darby to be demonic, not me. I disputed the author's claim that Darby was inspired by the Holy Spirit (which is quite different), and that supposedly proves dispensationalism?
