What is our President saying?

Does it really matter? If you have followed politics for any reasonable amount of time you will have noticed that what a person says as a politician can be followed through to the very letter... or it might be the farthest thing from the truth. It really doesn't matter.. to them at least. We Americans have accepted lying as a norm of our polittical society. YES, I do mean a normal way of life. There is absolutely no consciennce... NONE.. nada... zero conscience. In my lifetime I have never even felt the slightest bit of remorse from a politician who has told a bold faced lie to the American public. We have even given this type of speech a few names.. rethoric spinning, or a perspective. The Bible calls it lying. The Bible says "Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord but he that dealeth truly is His delight. Our president lies to us... again an again. He uses "words" to paint pictures... beautiful pictures. Some of his pictures come true and some don't and were never meant to. Some pictures are supposed to be of hope... and some clearly are of death. It's sad to think that in a nation that strives to become better... we don't seem to have that desire or ability in politics. We strive very hard to become more deceptive, more depraved, more perverted, more greedy and Godless. Our media clearly tells the story. It really doesn't matter if you look at the movies, TV shows, radio or the news... it all going the same direction. The Christian media also struggles for honesty. Sometimes it's not that easy to be honest. I guess the test is what you do when you find out that you have lied. What is it that we teach our children when they have told a lie...? I've lied many many times... yet I am very thankful that it was explained to me what Jesus did for me... He also made it very clear when He said "go and sin no more"... Yes, I am very very grateful. Yet as a Christian I feel like I'm holding out my hands to stop a tidal wave. Stimlus packages, homosexuality, abortion...What do you do when the Presidents pants are on fire...again? Humble yourself before the Lord...Exalt His name, confess you sin(s) as a person, as an American citizen as a child of God and Pray Pray Pray for forgivness, help... and His will to be done...asap.
