Were any of Darwin's eyewitnesses tortured and killed for their testimony?

Nice Try

Nice try, Ray.
This would be more impressive if it was only Darwin who discovered the idea of evolution and we first required proof of his existence to believe the ideas.
However, since we know of a number of others who made similar discoveries, but were beat out by Darwin, his actual existence doesn't matter.
Now on Jesus, this a different matter. You're requiring me to believe that a human came into existence without the usual mix of sperm and egg, who was "perfect" and who was killed and "rose again". That's why Christian's need to provide the evidence of his existence and it doesn't matter if Darwin existed.

However, it matters a great deal as to whether or not Jesus existed; you would do well to make sure that what you believe is true because your eternal destiny is at stake if you are wrong. As I have this type of conversation with non-believers going the other direction, attacking Christ, I found this to be very encouraging. Thanks Ray!

Confusing beginning

Good point that people will be hard pressed to prove the distant past. Thank you for all you do in the realm of witnessing and encouraging us to use the law.
But "Mudley replied:" is the beginning of this article and what was Mudley replying to? I've seen other articles of yours lately, Ray, which have this "in the middle of an idea" beginning and it's not only confusing but not good writing. Hope you can remedy this in future articles.
