why do we always seek to hear things that tickle our ears
has anyone read the Bible so thoroughly that they have time for all this nonsense
stop watching Oprah's shows \personally i have never seen one
the problem is we have too many "Christian" denominations instead of one flock and one Shepherd
welcome to the true Church the Catholic Church where the teachings are clearly stated and do not change with the leadership

Such waywardness already predicted in the Bible. Nations, powers and philosophies will come and go. Sin will become 'normal' behaviour. The wrong will appear to be right. Ungodliness will be the norm. But this will not stop the coming of the end when all will be judged. God is not fooled by anyone. His timetable has no place for changes. Those who reject His grace are surely doomed. Only the grace of God through his son - Jesus will ensure salvation and ethernal life to the one who believes. Forget Oprah and her 'new age spiritual empire' thats bound to fail in the light of Truth. Don't be fooled by doctrines and philosophies that provide 'answers' when only God has the answer to our problems. Trust in God; do not depend upon your own understanding. The future is in the Holy Bible.Read and see and believe.

This women has been a power house for good in the past. She has been blind sided by the lies of Satan. Now she is leading thousands astray.
What can we do about it? Write her programers and show cordinators. Write to them and express your concern. Then ask Almighty God to bring His judgement on her writers, diectors, her spiritual leaders as well as her. Ask God to make her life misarable until she changes. Call on the Powers of God to come agaist her teaching and her program if she does not change. Ask God to allow Satan to open the windows of hell upon her and if need br the doors of hell to bring her to her sinces.

I think as concerned Christians that we should being praying for Oprah. She has had the seed planted in her or the truth at one time. Now we need to battle for her soul. What she could do if she truly knew Jesus. It is just being directed in the wrong way now. Pray on your knees till that comes. It is only the Holy SPIRIT through our prays will she see the truth and the truth will set her free. She does not have peace now no matter what she says. About 6 months ago when Oprah began doing her shows on Eckhart Tolle's book I ,after the and replay of somethings, I would shout at the TV that is from the Bible what that is teaching just read it. One day my Husband came into the room and said why do you sound so upset? I began to explain what was unfolding with her teaching all that and he said there is something I want you to see. He pulled up a video of Oprah denouncing Jesus Christ and making a nothing deal adout what he went through for us. I actually began to cry and told him then and there I would never watch her again. Anytime someone tells me about her or talks about the show I began to tell them basically that she is sending people to Hell. To me the sad part is that she was raised in a Baptist church and is problay saved and she is sending all those people and misleading a world we need to demand that much influence !!!

Leading people into despair

The really frightening thing about all this is that this will lead people to Hell. They are going to suffer eternal consequences. Oprah will suffer eternal consequences. Think also how many people will spiral into despair when they cannot make "my salvation come from me"? How deep they will despise themselves, and have no hope. Oprah and her cohorts are robbing everyone of a real hope. That breaks my heart.

Great Commentary. As I have been studying the Old Testament and have asked why Israel kept turning from God to worship Baal, I have come to understand the path the U.S. has been on for some time. The focus of Baal worship is the ECONOMY, the practice of Baal worship is IMMORAL SEX. All the moral relativism, new age religion, and pantheistic thought has put us in the clutches of Baal, whose name means "Master". May people wake up, see Oprah's pulpit for what it is, and free themselves from this bondage!
