Government collusion equals $4 per gallon

This rant against the Greens is misguided. There are several other factors which are subverting the standard of living for the average American. Number one of which is the Federal Reserve Banking system. Second is the complete collusion of most government officials on the take from multinational corporations. An obsession with globalization has resulted in huge government debt to fund its imperialistic efforts. It has also resulted in trade agreements that have caused the loss of good paying manufacturing jobs. There is no shortage of oil. The price of crude oil per barrel has been driven up by stock market speculators. It has been driven up by an inflated and thus devalued dollar. As a matter of fact, there is an untapped oil pocket in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, that estimates enough oil to serve the U.S. for 200 years. But alternative energy should be promoted and development of it begin right now. Green influence may play a part in the sense that unecessary EPA restrictions thav made it cumbersome to build more refineries, etc. No. The real problem is not "Green." It is the "green"back dollar.
