Your Comments concerning Todd Bently and the work that God is doing through him are unacceptable. The simple point I want to make is that there are several confirmed healings that have taken place in Lakeland and to attribute them to Satan is what Jesus called Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Maybe He is the one not decieved, to think the Devil can and wants to heal people of their sickness is a pretty far fetched proposal your making.

Confirmed by who? That is one thing, proof is another.
Todd Bentley is a fake and is being used by Satan. Christ has warned us to be aware of false prophets as they are here and always have been.
I am a strong believer in Christ and someone like Todd Bentley gives Christianity and Christ a bad name. We need to pray for him and those that follow him that they make wake up one day and realize they are being duped by Satan.

I don't think you've done enough study of what "blasphamy of the Holy Spirit" is. Attributing these healings to satan is called discernment and the testing of spirits as the book of James warns us to do. Blasphamy of the Holy Spirit is when we turn our back on God to the point that are hearts are so hard that we will never repent and turn to the Lord. And only God is the judge of our hearts.

It discourages me how many people will pacify false doctrine. Many used the clear statement of Jesus that "a house divided cannot stand" substatiate the heresy that Bentley spues. Many have called for people to pray for him. That prayer must first begin with a prayer for genuine salvation. You cannot be a follower of Christ and speak with a forked tongue. Paul warned Timothy against this foolishness in the 1st century and we would be wise to follow his instruction today. Let God be true and all men liars. The devil has and will continue to use all means in his power to deceive people. He began in the garden of eden and continues to this day. If we will pray let us pray the the prayer of Paul in Colossians 1:9-14. This trully is a day where many are running to a fro following every wind of doctrine and why is this? Because the Supremacy of Christ in all things and the proclomation of the Inerrancy and Infalability of the Bible has ceased to be taught from many pulpits. May God grant us a true Revival where we repent of our compromising with the World and its philosophies and come to the feet of Jesus asking a David did in Psalm 51:1-12. Pray the Lord of the Harvest send out true labourers into the field. We are truly in the midst of a truth war. May we all exercise godly dicernment!

Please don't get discouraged...the Scriptures tell us "... let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.", and "...be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord." (Gal 6:9, 1Cor 15:58)

Didn't God say the end times will be such a

The Youtube videos being touted as proof that God is working are different from what I witnessed at Toronto and Pensacola. The outbursts are encouraged and the preacher pushes people down. The signs and wonders don't follow - they seem to be the reason - like what could be expected from Simon the magician. It must be remembered that many people are coming to see a circus show and don't know how to act in church - but that doesn't mean the preacher has to act like the main attraction.

Many in my church have emailed me asking about the latest Florida revival. My answer is simple: "Rejoice in what God is doing, reject what the devil is doing, and pray for the discernment and wisdom to know the difference."
I travel the world and minister in the power of the Holy Spirit. I have prayed for the multitudes and have seen God do real miracles, heal the sick and deliver them from demons. God is the same today as He has always been. But, the ministry is calm, orderly and peaceful. Powerful, yes. Weird, no.
Either God is with you or He isn't. There is no need for anything other than His presence and to do what He tells you to do. The rest is up to Him. Any Christian can learn to listen to His voice and do what He says. As you do you will see exactly what God wants you to see... nothing more and nothing less.
Jesus did what He saw His Father doing and said what He heard His Father saying. He did what He did out of love for His Father and had compassion on the people. Oh that we would simply do the same. We wouldn't have to go anywhere than our local fellowship. If you are truly a Christian then God is where your feet are at. Simply obey Him.

I too, have been asked by many people what I think about Todd Bentley and this "so called" revival. I have always read about the revivals of "old", hearing how repentance, confession of sin and salvation are the emphasis of a powerful move of God. A true revival brings the lost to a saving knowledge of Jesus. These Todd Bentley "healings" seem to be the main course. I'm dying to hear about Jesus and His salvation in all of the hubbub. I agree with you that God has planted us where we are, and we need to find God's touch in our own living rooms, through confession of sin, and simple obedience to our Master. We don't need to travel to go get the gospel or go somewhere else to get healed. We need to find a group of Bible-believing saints and start getting "real" with each other locally. I guarantee, God will move. Pick up your Bible and you'll get a revival every single day! Keep it simple fellow laborers. Keep your eyes on Jesus! We're almost HOME! Steady plodding.

The bible speaks the truth of these false prophets and clearly gives us tools to recognize them. I pray that the armies of the Lord will battle fiercely to end this movement before more souls are lost.

Last time I checked the Bible says "Lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways ac"knowledge" Him, and He will direct your paths. I've watch many Youtube videos critical of what is happening in Lakeland and I've also been to the meetings. I can understand why and how many people have become critical of the meetings and Bentley. He certainly is not a man of contemporary appearance and because of his background can appear quite offensive to the religious mindsets of many. What is often ignored by those critical of the meetings is the reality that genuine healings are occurring and a truly Christ centered focus in the meetings. I'm not saying this as someone who hasn't been there, but someone who has. I think Todd has done a good job of giving Glory to God for the healings that are occurring. I'm hesitant to embrace the criticality of others who have never been to the meetings. I think it is equally dangerous to ascribe what is happening to the devil as it is to hang off every word Todd shares. Jesus was regarded very critcally by the Pharisees but yet Jesus demonstrated that healing was the will of God and not the Will of the Devil. I simply suggest those critical visit the meetings before writing. Criticality is often fueled by ignorance. -God Bless

with HIM read HIS Word and don't take your
face out of the pages of the Bible until you hear from God. James 4:4 Friendship with the world makes himself an enemy of God.
Stay out of the world and attending meetings you shouldn't be attending... don't place yourself in the path of temptation ! That gives the devil a spiritual open door...NIX.

Let's agree to disagree. What about the fruit of this revival? There are many getting saved, delivered, and healed, just like in Toronto and Brownsville. I wouldn't say Toronto fizzled out, but rather that many were saved, experienced the love of Father God, and returned to God. There is excellent fruit from the Father's Blessing in Toronto. And by the way, when I watched the Florida Revival (Todd Bentley repeatedly says it's not his revival), he opened the scriptures and taught from the Bible. Let's be positive and concentrate on the good fruit of this revival!

I heard someone say something about "a kingdom divided against it self shall fall", Oh yea I remember that was Jesus who said that. Who was He talking to?

Someone told me about this web site and I went there and felt quite uncomfortable looking at it. Since becoming a Christian, my constant prayer is for wisdom and discernment because I am not wise enough on my own to know all what God would like me to know and do. Since I really want to do "HIS" will, I need to pray for "HIS" guidance.
When I first came to the Lord, I really didn't know if I should believe all this "NEW" info, but a wise pastor told me to "just pray, asking God to guide you," and for 25 years now that is what I have been doing and I know "HE" is faithful.

Jesus warned us that unless we are doers of the word, our house would not stand (Matt 7:27). I am a Pentecostal pastor (A/G), and I say run...run away from this man and don’t look back!
Remember brethren, the Word plainly says that the devil can masquerade as an angel of light, and that is exactly what is happening here. We have to take the Word of God in its entirety, and using that as Mr. Bentley’s evaluation tool, he falls far short of the prophet’s mantle. Just his repeated and unrepented blasphemy from the pulpit shows he has no fear of God.
Be in prayer for him, and for the thousands of desperate people that are flocking to him in droves.

This man is deceived and not a prophet of The Lord Jesus. To call an angel, "The angel of the Lord" is to call an angel God Almighty. Whenever the scriptures refer to AN ANGEL OF THE LORD, it is just that AN ANGEL. Or one of many angels that God created. But when the scriptures refer to THE Angel of The Lord, it is The Lord Himself. THE refers to the one and only angel or appearance of The Lord. People are living for themselves. We are asleep like the disciples in the garden. The time is at hand. It is time to get up and start sharing the GOSPEL which is the power of God unto salvation to all who believe..to the jew first and also the greek.
Todd Bentley is playing with Demons,no doubt. This is Jesus' last sign in Matthew 24 "Beware of false prophets" We must warn everyone of this and start telling everyone we meet to Repent and believe the gospel.
