Good discussion, but...
Posted On: 04/01/08 01:40:33 PM Age 61, MO
This is article is a good discussion until it implicates a choce of presidential candidates as making a difference in overseeing an existing tyrannical government which has violated the Constitutional rule of law. All of the top tier candidates suport globalism which is the antithesis to the sovereign plicies needed for a prosperous society. To think that McCain needs to select a "Christian" running mate in order to get the evangelical vote in November, is to belittle that block of voters, and to ignore the fact that "Christian" representation has not made a difference in getting a Christian agenda into legislation up till now. Furthermore, for Christians to think that Falwell, Kennedy, or Huckabee could have made a difference, is only to delude themselves, and to take their eyes off the seriousness of a completely corrupt federal government. Trouble Ahead
Posted On: 04/01/08 11:21:28 AM Age 61, MO
The United States economy is quickly sinking into an ocean of money and credit which the FED created to fuel speculation, create asset bubbles, and cover up a long gash ripped in the economy by free trade, globalization, off shoring, and out sourcing. This demise was planned by the despicable globalist bankers and corporations, but they will all go down with it. They had meant to make a stealth attack of the U.S. economy, but it has turned into a suicide mission that will suck them all down with it. The derivative securities known as "toxic waste" are in the process of taking down the entire worldwide financial system and were created by the obtuse financial engineering efforts of the criminal globalists. These are mortgage backed securities of different names but all together are like neutron bombs, which when they implode will leave the assets in tack, but destroy the investors who hold them. There are three major factors which will increase the destruction of these bombs: a hyperinflationary recession, elevated interest rates of the double digit variety and ever-decreasing home values resulting from massive defaults and foreclosures. These are the main areas where the globalists grossly underestimated the potential for trouble that might cause their derivative creations to fail. This is where we are headed, and until the failures are allowed to happen and the system is cleansed, it will only continue to get worse. The longer and harder the FED tries to prevent a recession, the longer and deeper the resulting depression. And if the FED tries to put all the losses onto the backs of taxpayers, this will ignite hyperinflation and the whole country will explode into revolutionary chaos, which the globalists will not survive. They have completely blown their plans. Their own greed and hunger for power has destroyed them. George Cancilla

Why Huckabee
Posted On: 04/01/08 10:53:52 AM Age 35, TX
Why shuld "James Dobson and a few other Christians of influence" gotten behind Huckabee? Huckabee is #6 on the top 10 list of the Most Corrupt Politicians. The real Christian candidate is Ron Paul, and I should remind everyone that he is indeed still in the race, though the mainstream media still refuses to give him air-time. They are afraid of him becasue he wants to give the power back to the people and out of the hand of the eliete few in government and the federal banks.

  1. Ron Paul is not the best Christian candidate

Ron Paul is a libertine who believes no law at all. He advocates letting everyone do their own thing and not drawing any lines between right and wrong. He believes in sticking our heads in the sand and ignoring injustices both here and abroad. He is a crank and has never been credible. Huckabee was a credible voice of reason in this election from a corrupt state in which he instigated the clean up of the corruption and neglect left behind by his corrupt predecessors. He believes in the rule of law and working within its confines to accomplish change. Change happens in increments unless crisis speed it up. Now we will find out what crisis comes when one of these three very poor, wishy washy "politically correct" (according to the media anyway...) candidates takes office. I hope they are happy to have done away with their own free speech!

It sure seems to me that you have a grasp of the issues and your reasoning is sound. Let's hope the word gets out and we who vote values, can understand what's at stake. John
