Sovereignty-the number one issue

On the money! If the issue of sovereignty is neglected, then other issues important to conservative Christians will no longer matter because we as US citizens will have no voice in our nation's future. Sovereignty is the key, and that is the reason I am supporting Ron Paul for President. We need to return to the Constitution for governmental guidance instead of going to the rest of the world and its humanist view. See this article http://www.house.gov/paul/tst/tst2006/tst082806.htm or go to ronpaul2008.com.

- Sovereignty is Foundational!
| Posted On: 02/01/08 07:13:36 PM | | Age 49, NC | Agree concerning Sovereignty!
Agree concerning Ron Paul!!
He's the only candidate who thinks like the Founding Fathers! The problem is, most Americans don't understand the Constitution, enumerated powers, or States Rights anymore thanks to our public school system. People were better educated concerning those issues during Colonial times that they are today. Sometimes I wonder if they would even vote for George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, or any of the Founders if they were alive and running for office today! Click here to reply to this post
Being pro-life is more than protecting just the unborn.

Well said. Being pro-life is what a person should be and it means more than just protecting the unborn. Being pro-life is understanding the Islamic threat to all who cherish life.

A firm stance for sovereignty will go a long way toward a pro life society. God's laws will better be enforced closest to home. George Cancilla

There is one presidential candidate who understands that our sovereignty is at the heart of the issue - his name is Alan Keyes.
You can read about his positions at alankeyes.com.
Thanks!

- And don't forget
| Posted On: 01/26/08 12:49:32 PM | | Age 28, TX | The other one who's particularly hyper about both national sovereignty and upholding the Constitution: Ron Paul. You can visit his campaign site at www.ronpaul2008.com, or his Congressional site at www.house.gov/paul. Every year, he pushes a law that would "deem human life to begin at conception" and a law to abolish the IRS--among many others. You might not agree with all his positions, but at least you can understand his reasoning, because he openly states it in his "Straight Talk" notices.--Mrs. Pilgrim Click here to reply to this post
