The only "strong delusion" comes from the assertions in this article which smack of the lies reported by the Jewish controlled major media and major news sources. True, Islam is not Christianity. But neither is Catholicism. That doesn't give the right to say that Ahmadinejad isn't playing with a full deck. This sort of rhetoric incites violence in an already volatile environment. There is no reason, other than political, that the United States should have some sort of love affair with Israel, the geopolitical state. The United States has done nothing except to instigate violence wherever it has tread in foreign lands. It sounds to me that the NCC has a better way to deal with foreign policy than the Evangelical's bombs and bullets gospel. This is definitely not to say that I think the NCC has much to offer the true Body of Christ. Christians didn't learn a thing from the Crusades, or the slaughter of the American Indians for that matter. This article is a hate article, and therefore not Christian. George Cancilla

Mr. Cancilla, a few things I need to point out potential concerns: First, would you have opposed our involvement in WWII following the attack on Pearl Harbor and the subsequent declaration of war against us by Hitler and Mussolini? Second, you lumped Christianity as being involved in the Crusades when it was Catholicism (which you correctly stated earlier was NOT Christianity)? Third, what did Christianity have to do with the American Indians and how they were treated? Last, if the "bullets and bombs" doctrine is erroneous, what suddenly makes the apostate NCC credible in just negotiated "peace"?

Just to correct a bit of history: The slaughter of the people who lived in North America at the time of the original invasion by Europeans still is the most complete holocaust ever committed by one people against another people. And it was done entirely in the name of Christianity. You can even draw parallels to the crusades and to today's situation of conflict in southwestern Asia through the self-justifications of calling another person or group pagans, savages, etc. Incidentally, until Martin Luther began the Protestant Reformation from within the existing heirarchy, the term "Catholic" had not yet been applied to any group and there was only one Christian church. By definition, isn't a Christian individual or group any that claims to be such?

Sounds like you need a history lesson.

I agree with the article completely and I think it was very well written. For those few people who might think the wording was vitriolic or offensive, I wonder if they might have reprimanded John the Baptist when he called the Pharisees "a generation of vipers." Jesus himself pronounced the 'woes upon the Pharisees in Matthew 23:13-34 where he repeatedly called them hypocrites, fools and blind guides, who outwardly appear righteous, (can we substitute religious?) but within are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. The Lord, himself never minced words when dealing with evil when he came upon it. Maybe some should ask themselves if in their so called tolerance they are not attempting to "out-compassion" our Lord.

You conclude your response with the statement, “This article is a hate article, and therefore not Christian.” Yet, you began your response with, “The only ‘strong delusion’ comes from the assertions in this article which smack of the lies reported by the Jewish controlled major media and major news sources.” This is unabashedly anti-Semitic posturing on your part, which is far more egregious than any imagined ‘hate’ which you mistakenly perceived from this article. Perhaps you should first examine your own heart before lapsing into another diatribe such as this. C3

You confuse "anti semitism" and "hate" with truth. George Cancilla
