I don't understand - what is so great about that "love and warmth" stuff in the Christian "Heaven"? Assuming that transhumanists are correct in expecting certain technological possibilities and assuming that God and Heaven do actually exist (as opposued to being just religious fairy tales), why do we need the Heaven if we can recreate all the subjective experiences of "love and warmth" (to the Nth degree) inside a computer. Why not go the easy and better way? Why choose tradition?

Does that mean if I achieve life extension without God, that I have disproved your religion?
