To suggest that Christianity and capitalism are one and the same thing, or even in the same category denies the fact that capitalism is sinfully flawed. Capitalism is no more "christian" than "socialism". The problem is sin and all human systems are deeply flawed because we are all sinners. The WVW approach of enbracing capitalism as reflected in this paper is problematic. As a South African who grew up in a country where capitalists ruthlessly participated in the development of underdevelopment, thereby ensuring cheap labor for industry, I can attest to the potential evils of capitalism. By the way, SA embraced capitalism in a country where the apartheid government also embraced a Christian worldview.

David, it breaks my heart that you are so right. Europe is dying, and quickly - to be replaced by Eurabia. The existing spiritual vacuum and the catastrophically low native birth replacement rate has absolutely doomed the continent into an irreversible death spiral. Make a mental note, everyone... in twenty-five or thirty years, Europe will no longer be recognizable. Then ponder what that might mean for us... and for your children here in America. Sweet dreams. In Him, scott.

The fall of the church has brought about judgment in this nation. There is no hope of repentance if the church will not even admit it's sinfulness. Everywhere I go I hear from the pulpit how bad every other church is but never how sinful that group is. No person can repent for someone other than them self. No repentance can take place until some preachers ask God to show them their sin. Even if a preacher gets caught in the act of sin they deny it and it is spin city and damage control not admission of guilt and then repentance. The 1st step of repentance is admitting what someone has done AND admitting how terrible it is. The church is in deep sin and deep idolatry. But almost all seem to deny this. They continue to hide their deep sin and defend their idolatry as being faithful to God the same as the pharisees did. Abraham who would not even so much as touch anything from Sodom, was saved from it's destruction. But Lot who chose to live among them never recovered even though God saved him from the destruction of Sodom for Abraham's sake. Their is nothing any more dangerous than homosexuality in this nation and if it continues to be accepted it will cause the destruction of this nation the same as it did of the whole dead sea plain and all the cities that were there. Lou
