You're right...divorce is no fun...and divorce wouldn't happen if marriage didn't happen. Let's ban marriage...for everybody. And let's quit eating apples...eventually they'll just be cores.
50% of (straight) marriages end in divorce. The other half end in death. Tough game to win.
Why aren't we talking about why who you have sex with determines whether or not you're allowed medical care? And where is the line drawn...if I only need dental, can I just get oral sex?

You just mentioned some couples getting divorced, then said Virginia should ban gay marriage. You didn't give reasons or support for why virginia should ban gay marriage, you didn't even carry out your bizzare movie reference that you had in the beginning of the article. We don't find out this involves the state of Virginia until the end. If I wrote an article calling all marriage a sham, and based all my evidence around a handful of divorced couples, and ended based on what one legislature would be dealing with soon in the future in an area that kinda fit in with the divorces, no one in their right mind would care, much less be convinced!

Couldn't the same thing be said for all divorce? Whether Heterosexual or Homosexual?? That divorce is sad for all involved Heterosexual or Homosexual?? But, that would have forced you to look at both sides of the issue!
