Obama Gets His Civilian Military Force Under Way

During the campaign, Obama said, "We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

Obama seems to be keeping his promise. Here is link to the Defense Department Directive 1404.10

This news story comes on the heels of H.R. 645 that calls for no less than six federal camps to be built to house U.S. Citizens.
