The False Face of Islam in America
It is doubtless what the title of this article will stir up in the minds of those who are simply blind to the facts. The first thing the liberals and the American Muslims will claim is that I am a racist. They will say this because they cannot defend their position from the stand point of facts. Although neither my history as a minister or anything I have done can possibly lead anyone to the conclusion that I am racist, those who want to shut me up will attempt to do so by labeling me such. This is a typical tactic of leftists today. Call me what you will, but what you are about to read is the truth.
First in order to gain understanding of Islam we must grasp this; Islam is a totally different world view than we have here in America. Islam sees the world as Islamic and Infidel. There is no in between. Islam teaches both in the Quran and by the example of its founder and prophet, Mohammad. What are the lessons of its founder? Mohammed was a man who killed, plundered, and commanded his followers to do the same. His idea of spreading his religion was forced conversion. Mohammed was a man who had no problem shedding innocent blood since in his mind all who resisted Allah were worthy of death. The teachings of both his actions and the words of Islam's guiding book (the Quran) are clear concerning their world-view. It is an ideological view that is diametrically opposed to the Christian world-view.
Let me be very clear on this. I am not saying that everyone who calls himself a Muslim wants to force his religion on you. I am however saying that the Quran and Sharia law certainly do. All Muslims who truly believe in the example of Mohammed, and the teachings of the Quran, find it necessary to promote the religion by laws and by force. It is not as the defenders of Islam say; "Our peaceful religion has been hijacked by a few radicals". In fact the radicals are the true followers and that is the problem. Our enemy is not simply a "few radicals". It is instead the teachings and example of Mohammed that are opposed to our Christian principles of liberty. That is the fact of the matter. American Islamic groups are working very hard to put a friendly face on an ideology that is anything but friendly. Consider the following passages from the Quran;
Quran 47:4: "Strike off the heads of the disbelievers" and, after making a "wide slaughter among them, carefully tie up the remaining captives."
Quran 8:59: "The infidels (all non Muslims) should not think that they can get away from us. Prepare against them whatever arms and weaponry you can muster so that you may terrorize them. They are your enemy and Allah's enemy."
Quran 2:191: "kill the disbelievers wherever we find them"
Quran 22:19-22: "For them (the unbelievers) garments of fire shall be cut and there shall be poured over their heads boiling water whereby whatever is in their bowels and skin shall be dissolved and they will be punished with hooked iron rods."
Quran 8:7: "Allah wished to confirm the truth by His words: 'Wipe the infidels (all non Muslims) out to the last.'"
Consider please if you will the constant attack that the liberal left makes against Christians concerning Christian teaching about women. The bible clearly teaches that the husband is the head of the wife and that he is responsible for her spiritual and natural wellbeing. Liberals hate this idea and portray Christians as woman haters. Strangely nothing is said about Islamic teaching concerning women. For example Muhammad said women are half as smart as men (Hadith 3:826; 2:541), that the majority of people in Hell will be women (Had. 1:28,301; 2:161; 7:124), and that women could be mortgaged. We know without question that women in Islamic countries have very few rights in comparison to men. How about this "peaceful" teaching of Islam toward women? Consider the following;
Tabari IX:113: "Allah permits you to shut them (women) in separate rooms and to beat them, but not severely. If they abstain, they have the right to food and clothing.Treat women well for they are like domestic animals and they possess nothing themselves. Allah has made the enjoyment of their bodies lawful in his Quran."
Tabari I:280: "Allah said, 'It is My obligation to make Eve bleed once every month as she made this tree bleed. I must also make Eve stupid, although I created her intelligent.' Because Allah afflicted Eve, all of the women of this world menstruate and are stupid."
Whenever I speak on this I am always met with the same old argument. Here is how it goes; "What about the Christians that killed in the name of Christ, and forced conversions by the sword?" That of course would be a great argument if it were true, however it is not. I will explain;
1) No true Christian can possibly believe in forcing anyone to be a Christian since that goes against the teachings, and example of Christianity's founder; the Lord Jesus Christ.
2) Anyone can do anything in the name of anyone without said one sanctioning what they have done.
3) Since people who force "conversions" in the name of Jesus are neither biblical Christians nor following the example of its founder, the argument is moot.
Since it is true that people used the name of Christ to do all kinds of ungodly horrible things, there are some who are uninformed who believe that Christianity teaches their sinful behavior. That is a lie.
Now the same argument I just made in defense of true Christians is also used to defend Islam, but can it? Let's look at it;
1) Terrorists kill in the name of Allah by the instruction of their book, the Quran.
2) Terrorists can point to many very specific teachings in the Quran concerning their duty to oppress and kill infidels.
3) Since both the Quran and the example of the founder; Mohammed both teach forced conversion, terror, murder, plunder, and terrible treatment of women, it is disingenuous to say that "A few radicals have hijacked the peaceful religion of Islam."
People who have killed, plundered, and otherwise acted in treachery cannot point to either a New Testament passage or an example of Jesus Christ to justify their ungodly behavior. On the other hand, Islamic terrorists can point to both the teachings of the Quran and the example of their founder; Mohammed. Since both the Quran and the example of Mohammed teach treachery, Muslims cannot credibly make the argument that the terrorists are acting against the Quran. Due to this problem and the basic gullibility of the average American, the American Muslims simply lie about what the Quran, Mohammed, and history obviously teach about Islamic domination. Most people have no understanding of what Islam really teaches and so they just accept the notion that Islam is a "peaceful Religion". After all, ever President Bust says it is peaceful and that Muslims "worship the same God that Christians do" (That's another article).
This article is surely going to make more people angry with me. It is not my desire to cause people to be angry and yet the facts are crying out with a loud voice. Islamic teachings are not in keeping with what American Muslims are trying to portray on the surface. One of the most known Islamic groups is "CAIR" (council on American-Islamic relations). They are constantly attempting to fool the public concerning what Islam really teaches. If you go to their web site you will see many interesting things. Here are two things they offer Muslims;
1) Diversity training. According to their web site; "CAIR's diversity training is designed to help these entities reflect cultural competency in their attitudes, policies, and services. "Cultural competency" refers to a set of congruent behaviors, attitudes, and policies that enables professionals to work effectively in cross-cultural situations." The reason for this training is to "help" companies learn how to accept Muslims. That is interesting since Islam's book and founder do not recognize "diversity" of religious belief and practices.
2) Help with protecting Muslim civil rights. That is also interesting since Islam at its core teaches that non Muslims have almost no civil rights.
Why is it considered hateful to simply tell the truth about Mohammed and the Quran? Why is it considered racist to point out the facts? Why? It is simple. The American Muslim organizations have discovered that the best way to shut people up is to claim that they are hateful racists. Most people simply do not want to allow themselves to be labeled with the number one slanderous politically correct weapon. The "H" word, and the "R" word, "Hateful Racist." This label is one of the most feared in our culture and so people are afraid to speak out. This is how the leftists, the liberals, the socialists, and now the Muslims attempt to shut conservatives (especially Christian conservative preachers) up. If so called "moderate Muslims" were really honest they would have to say that they do not really believe in all the teachings of the Quran or the example of Mohammed. Since they can't do that, they try to put a new face on Islam. I do not "hate Muslims" nor do I hate any race of people or religious group. In fact it is the motivation of love that moves me to speak the truth of the Lord Jesus Christ who said the following;
John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me"
It is this love that motivates every true Christian preacher to speak the truth. Jesus is the truth and it would be hateful to not tell Muslims that they are following a false religion. I would not force a Muslim to convert to Christianity even if I had the power to since the only way to convert to Christianity is by free will. It is not my desire to hurt anyone however the bible is clear that the name of Jesus Christ and His gospel are offensive to many. My job as a preacher is to speak truth as it is written in the Holy Word of God. Unlike the Islamic terrorists, I leave the eternal judgment to God.
So what do we do with an entire group of people who hold the belief of world domination by their religion? We should do what the Constitution mandates. They have freedom to believe what they want. What they do not have is any right to force their religion on anyone nor do they have right to conspire to overthrow our constitutional principles. When any person steps into a position that requires them to swear the oath of allegiance to America, they should do so soberly. The oath contains the words "I do solemnly swear to protect the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic." Any organization that attempts to undermine the Constitution must be dealt with as an enemy. As long as American Muslims do not threaten freedom they have the right to their beliefs. If however Mosques are shown to be breeding grounds for terrorist and enemies of this nation's principles, they must not be allowed to remain as staging grounds for subversion. These are perilous times we live in. People who want to come to America legally must realize that we have a certain set of constitutional principles. If they do not like our constitution they should go back where they came from.
